These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Diamond Hide online store and any purchase you make from us. The store is operated by Diamond Hide LLC (“Diamond Hide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Using our store

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use this store or place an order. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the store only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use the store for an unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information. We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe someone has violated these Terms or misused the store.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to show our products and describe them accurately. Product colors may look different depending on your screen or device. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change. If an error affects an order, we’ll contact you and work with you to resolve it, consistent with applicable law.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in your cart. We accept an order when we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm that it has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order when necessary, including if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll refund the amount paid for the canceled items.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and contact information. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Order processing generally takes 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We’ll send tracking information when it is available.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before ordering. It explains the 30-day return window, item condition requirements, and that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws are not limited by these Terms.

Intellectual property

The store and its content—including Diamond Hide names, logos, text, images, and designs—belong to Diamond Hide LLC or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Third-party services and links

Our store may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, and shipping carriers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

We provide the store and its content as available. To the extent permitted by law, Diamond Hide does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the store.

To the extent permitted by law, Diamond Hide LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or purchase of a product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including rights or remedies that applicable consumer-protection laws give you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when the latest version was posted. Changes apply when posted, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the store after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence apply.
